Ingredients
- 1/2 lbs.
- 1 small piece of ginger sliced or diced
- 2 Tablespoons of honey
- 1 Gallon of water
Directions
- Add all the ingredients together and bring to a boil.
- Put on the lid and let it steep for 3 hours or overnight.
- Once steeped, strain the liquid.
- Serve 3 to 4 ozs. over ice or straight.
- Leave in the refrigerator till wanted.
